The VCAUSA ​is an Incorporated Association and operates under the principles of the 'Rules of Incorporation'.

These rules govern the Purpose of the Association, the composition of the Committee, how we manage the Association, the rights of Members and Associate Members, how and when we conduct Meetings and other business.
